1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ('AUP') governs the use of the Alpha Markets AI software platform. By using our platform, you agree to comply with this policy. This policy exists to protect the integrity of our platform, other users, and third-party brokerages connected through our software.

2. Permitted Use

You may use Alpha Markets AI indicators solely for: (a) personal chart analysis on your own TradingView account; (b) viewing visual signal overlays and market structure labels on your own charts; (c) setting up TradingView alerts based on indicator signals for your own use; (d) making your own independent trading decisions informed by chart analysis. All use must be for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws and TradingView's terms of service.

3. Prohibited Activities

You may not use Alpha Markets AI software to: (a) manage or trade funds belonging to third parties without proper regulatory authorization; (b) engage in market manipulation, wash trading, spoofing, layering, or any form of market abuse; (c) circumvent or violate your brokerage's terms of service or trading rules; (d) engage in any activity that violates applicable securities laws, commodities laws, or financial regulations; (e) attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of our software; (f) share your account credentials with third parties; (g) resell or sublicense access to the platform.

4. No Third-Party Fund Management

You may not use Alpha Markets AI software to manage funds belonging to other people or entities unless you hold all required regulatory licenses and authorizations in your jurisdiction. Operating as an investment manager, fund manager, or discretionary trader for third parties without proper licensing is illegal in most jurisdictions and is strictly prohibited on our platform.

5. Brokerage Compliance

You are responsible for ensuring your use of Alpha Markets AI software complies with your brokerage's terms of service and any applicable trading rules. Alpha Markets AI is not responsible for any actions taken by your brokerage as a result of your trading activity, including account restrictions, suspensions, or closures.

6. Regulatory Compliance

You are solely responsible for ensuring your trading activities comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. This includes securities laws, commodities regulations, tax obligations, and any jurisdiction-specific rules governing algorithmic or automated trading. Alpha Markets AI does not provide legal or compliance advice.

7. Enforcement

Alpha Markets AI reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated this Acceptable Use Policy. Violations may also be reported to relevant regulatory authorities where required by law.

8. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via email.
