Alpha Markets AI provides software licenses for TradingView charting indicators and visual analysis tools. We are a software company. We do not provide investment advice, brokerage services, asset management, or financial advisory services. All purchases are for indicator software access only. Alpha Markets AI does not hold, manage, invest, or otherwise handle customer funds. We do not connect to brokerage accounts, execute trades, or place orders of any kind.
Alpha Markets AI is not a registered broker-dealer, investment advisor, commodity trading advisor, or financial institution. We are not regulated as such. Nothing on this platform constitutes investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or any other type of advice. You are solely responsible for all trading decisions made using our software.
You are responsible for: (a) maintaining the security of your account credentials; (b) all trading decisions and activity you undertake independently using your own brokerage account; (c) understanding the risks associated with trading financial instruments; (d) complying with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction; (e) using our indicators for your own personal chart analysis only.
Subject to these Terms, Alpha Markets AI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service during your subscription period. You may not sublicense, resell, or redistribute the software. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED 'AS IS' AND 'AS AVAILABLE' WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. ALPHA MARKETS AI DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY PARTICULAR TRADING STRATEGY WILL BE PROFITABLE. WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE SUITABILITY OF THE SOFTWARE FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALPHA MARKETS AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY TRADING LOSSES, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE PRECEDING THREE MONTHS.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the indicators ends. Any trading activity in your brokerage account remains your sole responsibility.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York County, New York.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Alpha Markets AI does not collect, hold, manage, or invest customer funds. We provide software licenses only. Nothing on this platform constitutes investment advice. Trading involves substantial risk of loss. Please read all legal documents carefully before using our software.
